I still have to see this app work on my phone. Updated a couple of times, removed and re-installed, send e-mails (with no replies). Pathetic to say the least.

not a good app it is forever not working or signing out then it is a mission to reactivate it. really disappointing. just don't lose your card, I can just imagine what the struggle might be to reissue.

I really enjoy the Sasol mobile app. It’s very user-friendly and makes my experience so much easier. I love that I no longer need to carry my rewards card since everything is stored in the app. Convenient, simple, and efficient – highly recommended!

I only use Sasol fuel. the service from their service stations is amazing the app is very easy to use and I feel like the sasol fuel lasts longer. I've never used any other fuel for five years now 😁

Its getting wierd. Sasol is my garage right next to me. Got the card and points accumlate and I redeem for over 3 years. Now card is faulty. Registered on the app, I cant log in at all. Today even the web login doesnt work. My friends who work at our Fourways Mall Sasol have been explaining and trying to help but this seems to be a buggy system. I will be loyal because of the wonderful staff but the loyalty program is now an annoying program.

Endless log in loop, reinstalled, forgotten password, entered new password, loop starts again. No doubt it's good but yet to see for myself.

Been frustrated the last couple of months. can't log in at all. keep on resetting passwords. keeps on not letting me log in. I get the points but cant access my app. so I can't register my card either. since the update nothing is working. am going to just stop going to Sasol now. I drive out my way for my points yet they are now useless to me. no point. even at the service station no one can help. it even messes with my WiFi. big big glitches in this new system.

Sasol Rewards needs to go cardless, what a waste of plastic , instead the attendant can present a QR code on the card machine and the security is built into the app making for simplified transaction , app builders need to catch a wake up ....

Go Sasol, hayibo such rewards of . It was my first time filling up my car and being rewarded with the whole R10,30. the garage that I will not mention by name I used to be rewarded with less than R2.00 when filling up. Thank you Sasol.

"Sasol excellent" took R200.00 plus. above the actual charges and are not in any way trying to rectify the issue. maybe it's a norm to over charge and keep the change.

Sasol offers excellent service. Workers are hands-on. You don't have to wait for a long time to get assistance. Their kiosk has delicious food and always has promotions. If you don't have money, you are allowed to use your Sasol card to buy food with your points. Thank you, Sasol, for the good work 👏
